AM/PM CAMPER CARE:
Extended Care hours at the camp are also available at an additional cost. This service operates from 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM. The full session fee applies regardless of number of days the child attends the extended care program.

PLEASE NOTE: Children must be picked up before 6:00 PM. Any parent picking up a child after 6:00 will be charged a $1 per minute late fee.

BUS TRANSPORTATION (for stop information click here - *Requires Adobe Acrobrat Reader):
The camp day begins at 9:00 AM and ends at 4:00 PM. Bus transportation is provided from various locations throughout Onondaga county and is included in the camp fee. Please refer to the Bus Stop schedule to find the most convenient location for you. All campers must be picked up at the last bus stop by 5:30 PM or the local police will be contacted. There will be no afternoon bus transportation for Braves Kindercamp.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE:
Through the support of the YMCA Partner with Youth Campaign, assistance is available so that all children have an opportunity to experience camp.

In order to serve as many children as possible, assistance for more than one session is rare and handled on an individual basis. Applications will be awarded on first come basis in accordance with space available.

Applications are available at the East Area Family YMCA office or by calling 637-2025 ext 207. Please ask for Kelly Butters. The application form is also available online here.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS:
A $50 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit per session is due at time of registration. The full session balance will be due two weeks prior to
attendance. Late payments will be charged a $15 late fee. If payment including late fee, is not received at least one week prior to the start of the
session the camper slot will be lost. Payments may be made by check, cash or credit card (Visa, Master Card or Discover). Returned payments will be charged a
$10 late fee.
If you need to cancel your child from a session of camp, written notice must be submitted to the billing office at least 2 weeks in advance. If written notice
is not given at least two weeks before the start of the session you will be responsible for full payment of that session. If a two week written notice is
given a refund for the remainder of the session (excluding the deposit) will be made. There will be a $10 processing fee for any refunds given.
